The EPS Machine is a complete automated system that handles feeding, expanding, filtering, crushing, and transporting foam to silos. This level of automation improves production efficiency and ensures high-quality EPS foam output.

During the first expansion, the EPS Machine employs a frequency conversion feeding device, enabling stable feeding and consistent foam density ranging from 6-35g/l. The machine’s internal and external material barrels and fluidized bed dryer are made from stainless steel, providing durability and reliable long-term performance.

An electrical protection device is built into the machine for enhanced safety, while the Japanese reducing valve stabilizes steam pressure, resulting in a more consistent foaming process.
