The machine features a two-stage expansion system, where a frequency conversion feeding device ensures stable and precise feeding during the first phase. It guarantees uniform foam density between 6-35g/l, making it suitable for various applications.

Durable stainless steel construction is used for the material barrel and fluidized bed dryer, enhancing the machine’s longevity. An electrical protection system and Japanese reducing valve are also integrated, ensuring safety and precise control of the production process.
