The EPS Machine automates key stages of foam production, from feeding and expanding to filtering, crushing, and transporting to silos. This automation significantly enhances production efficiency and reduces labor requirements.

Incorporating a two-phase expansion process, the first expansion is controlled by a frequency conversion feeding device, guaranteeing stable and precise feeding. The machine produces foam with a density range of 6-35g/l, ensuring consistent quality.

For durability and reliability, the machine’s material barrel and fluidized bed dryer are made of stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to wear. Additionally, the EPS Machine is equipped with an electrical protection system and a high-precision Japanese reducing valve for accurate pressure regulation.
