To achieve stable feeding, the EPS Machine incorporates a frequency conversion feeding device during the initial expansion phase. This precision ensures uniform foaming density within the 6-35g/l range. The fluidized bed dryer and the internal and external material barrels are constructed from high-quality stainless steel, enhancing the machine’s durability and maintaining stable performance over time.

The EPS Machine also comes with an integrated electrical protection device, ensuring safe operation and minimizing downtime. Additionally, a high-quality Japanese reducing valve is used to stabilize steam pressure, improving the consistency of the expansion process.
